To reset your password for NOLA.gov, please enter your NOLA.gov username below. When prompted please answer your "Shared Secret Question" and a new password will be sent to the e-mail address you registered with for NOLA.gov.
If you have forgotten your username or do not have access to your registered email account, please contact Bureau of Revenue at (504) 658-1671, (504) 658-1610, or (504) 658-1683 or send an email to salestax@nola.gov.
Type the email address registered with your account and click the "Submit" button. You will receive an email with the temporary password.
